While every moment of this summer school was particularly valuable for me, what will remain with me the most are the people I met. Besides the personal connections, the network that we created among us is the most useful aspect this summer school brought: we all have very different backgrounds and are in different stages of our academic path (master, PhD, professional career), yet we were able to work together as a team, sharing our expertise and learning from one another.

 

If you’re wondering whether the ICSSS is worthy, I’d tell you: YES, go for it! You will learn a lot of interdisciplinary topics, meet brilliant people, expand your network, connect with companies, visit international agencies and concretely enhance your understanding and your skills related to cybersecurity. It is an experience that I definitely recommend.
